All sublimated orders & giveaway items are 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS unless otherwise specified and/or discussed. (larger orders may be longer)

Pre-Orders are 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS

Cancellations accepted if requested within 12 hours of purchase.

Your items will be packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking will be provided via email once your package is shipped (if applicable).

Please provide your correct shipping address when placing your order.

Your shipping address CAN NOT be changed once your order has been placed.

Returns are excepted within 7 days of delivery at customer's expense.

*Returns are NOT excepted for any personalized items.

As with all handmade items, there may be small imperfections. However, large imperfections should not be present.

If there is an issue with your item, you will be responsible for reaching out to Sweet Mocha; please send pictures of the item.

Replacements must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
